It's going to be a horse and then I'm going to stick a horn on it so it turns into a unicorn for Ella. I love the knobbly knees. It's knit flat in the pattern but I'm doing it in the round to save doing all the seam sewing, plus the starting increases were too hard to do flat. Maybe I'll get another leg made today.
For other creativeness go to Kootoyoo and click on a few links.
Now for my last giveaway (for now anyway).
Here's the one that I'm giving away this week.
I know a lot of people don't have iPads (yet) but feel free to enter anyway and you could give it away as a present or something.
It's made from a aqua coloured upcycled fabric that's got brownish/orange strips on it. It's lined with grey polar fleece and has stiff interfacing so it's easy to get your iPad in and out (effortlessly my husband said).
Entries will be open till 8am on Wednesday 28th July 2010. Please make sure you leave an email address so I can contact you if you're the winner. I'll post to anywhere in the world.
Good luck! Hope you all have a nice Thursday. xx

Very much looking forward to the rest of this unicorn!! From a non knitter, I admire your ability to alter patterns like this as you see fit...I can barely get my head around the basics!
Oh I can't wait to see the unicorn all finished - that knobbly knee is just the cutest!
