Crochet

I've been inspired to crochet again. There's so many gorgeous things around at the moment that people have crocheted. Here's my attempts so far.

I love how Kate uses ric rac to trim dresses so I tried doing it in a few different yarns. I also made the kids a soap holder using this pattern.

It'll hopefully stop the kids losing the soap in the bath all the time and make it easier for them to hold onto.

Hope your all having a nice weekend. Don't forget to enter my giveaway if you haven't already.

Love that soap holder, such a nice stitch! Wonder if having the soap in one of those makes it last longer with the kids???? Don't know what my boys do with the soap but it isn't used to wash with.....submarines I think :-)

I really really must learn to crochet!!! do you happen to know of a tutorial or pattern anywhere for those little crocheted flowers, not the doily type, but the type that is a little more 3D?
