First I need to finish off one reversible dress (just needs another button) which I've made to send to Gypsy for the Dago Dela Hera Orphanage in Kenya. If you want to make one go here to see the details.
And just to make an even number I'm going to make another one from these two old sheets.
Next, when Ella saw this dress she wanted one so I'll make her one as well from an old Ikea pillowcase and the same pink sheet as in the first dress.
Also, I'm going to make a huge batch of soup from these and a ham hock.
And last of all, I'm going to work on a couple more hexagon pin cushions for Danielle. She's sent me so many of her gorgeous Liberty scraps!

wow, I love this dress project and your dress here is great. Is it just me or does it make others dream of bigger things, like sending fabric and foot operated sewing machines over so they can also make thier own dresses? and sending cottons and visiting and...well I too shall start with a dress too once this blitz of markets passes...
That's a great dress. It's a wonderful to be able to sew and help a child you will never meet!!
