Our Saturday

We had thought we might go with my sister and her family down to the science centre at Wollongong on Saturday but then my sisters kids weren't all that keen so they pulled out, so what were we to do??

Lake George

We ended up driving down to Canberra to go to Questacon.

Ella, Shane and Joe being projected onto some screen

We got there just after lunch, stayed till closing time then went for a walk and had some noodles for dinner and left to come home at about 6:30pm.

I only took my camera phone down so I didn't get any great pictures, but here's one of Ella wearing her new reversible dress. I had no control over what she wore with it. She's got it on again today but with the other side out.

I thought Canberra was a gazillion miles away??? I must be way out on my geography!!! Sounds like a totally fab day...we spent the day still running around re house stuff & picking up our Jarrah steps - Shaun not happy as they have been glued together wrong!!! This has been an ongoing saga of some 5 months now!!!

Isn't that the best place!!! I lived in Canberra for 3 years and I loved the place. I used to ride my bike everywhere and rollerblade around the lake on the weekends. I do miss the sporty lifestyle Canberra offers. That dress is adorable, great idea reversible :-)
